Currently the Corporate Risk Manager for The Shaw Group Inc. , since February of 2002, Steve Allison directs the entire risk management program for the Companies domestic and international integrated engineering, procurement, construction, manufacturing, environmental remediation and maintenance operations. The Shaw Group Inc. is a publicly traded specialty EPC Company that has grown exponentially since July 2000. The company has annual revenues in excess of $7 Billion, and more than 25,000 employees. The risk management programs include Workers Compensation, General Liability, and Professional Liability, Pollution Liability, Executive Liability, Fiduciary Liability, Nuclear Liability, Property and many specialized miscellaneous risks programs.
Steve Allison is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Risk Manager (CRM) with an extensive background in construction and manufacturing that includes more than 20 years with Hensel Phelps Construction and its related affiliates and subsidiaries. The experience includes divisional accounting CFO duties, field operational management positions, and manufacturing company general management positions in pre-stressed concrete, fabricated steel, high security detentions systems and high security safe manufacturing.
Mr. Allison currently resides in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
