President with 35 years in numerous positions in procurement,

diverse world-wide manufacturing, engineering and construction
company. .Extensive involvement in Japan, Australia, Turkey and
Western European countries. Responsibilities included corporate
marketing, purchasing, human resources, transportation,
acquisition analysis and strategic planning. Company was
acquired by Hanson Industries, Inc. (England) Director and
Vice President of KOPVENCO, a venture capital corporation
that invested in numerous start-up and early stage ventures in
chemical, robotics, plant genetics, fiber-optics, medical, and a
wide variety of early stage university-based research projects,
including funding and eventual marketing , divestiture and
public offerings when appropriate. Executive Director of The
Railway Tie Association, a national timber production trade
association involving extensive product promotion, training and
publications, trade show management, public speaking and
congressional relations. Chairman of Cardiac Telecom
Corporation, a continuing company which developed, secured
FDA approvals after extensive clinical trials, and is now
marketing a unique cardiac monitoring system for use in hospital
and home environments.
