

As the Company’s Executive Vice-President, Barry Rooth is responsible for providing regulatory oversight of the company’s FDA-authorized study using OFA-loaded dendritic cells in patients with metastatic breast cancer. Mr. Rooth is also managing QI’s intellectual property portfolio in conjunction with the Company’s counsels. Mr. Rooth received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University in 1979, and his J.D. from Valparais University School of Law in 1982. Mr. Rooth is also a partner in the law firm of Theodoros & Rooth
